“Something has gone wrong. On clicking Details button: Database Server: Err = 133 - c-tree logon error. AND/OR API Server: Unable to connect to the remote server OR API Service”

 

CAUSE;

1) The client machine cannot connect / communicate to both or one of: Attaché Database Service, Attaché API Service.

2) The client-server connection has been lost.

3) Broadcast port set in AttDBHostSettings.exe is in use by another application.

4) Broadcast port not matching with AttDBHostSettings.exe.

5) Pointing to the wrong DNS Server or Static IP Address for IPV4.

6) Local Active Network Connection contains ! or states the status as not connected.

7) SMBv1 disables network connectivity for applications run from a network drive in Windows 10 1803 and above.

8) Third Party Firewall is blocking the connections between the server and the clients.

9) Attache API Service certificate does not match between Client / Server, or isn't valid.
